Booking Terms & Conditions: Transparency and Reliability for Your Stay

1. Introduction and Agreement

Welcome to Marbella Vacation Stays. These Booking Terms and Conditions are designed to provide a clear, helpful and transparent framework for your holiday rental experience. Our philosophy is based on providing “people-first” content and services that prioritize your needs and safety. By booking our Marbella apartment or San Pedro villa, you agree to these terms, which are intended to ensure a high-quality and reliable stay for every guest.

2. Booking Process and Payments

We provide substantial and complete information to help you make an informed decision. As a direct owner with years of experience on global platforms, we ensure that every transaction is handled with the highest level of trustworthiness.

  • Direct Contact: We are highly communicative and responsive to ensure all your questions are answered before your arrival.
  • Payment Transparency: All costs, including any extra services like late check-ins, are clearly stated to avoid any misleading information.

3. Security Deposit

To protect the integrity of our high-quality properties and ensure a sustainable experience for future guests, a Security Deposit of 500€ in cash for San Pedro villa and 200€ for Marbella apartment is required upon arrival at either property. This deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay, provided the property is returned in the same condition it was received, adhering to our standards of honesty and transparency.

4. Check-in and Check-out Procedures

We believe in a personalized “Who and How” approach to hospitality. We do not use impersonal lockboxes; instead, a dedicated person will meet you to provide a hand-delivery of keys and a full explanation of the property’s features.

  • San Pedro Villa Check-in: From 17:00 to 22:00.
  • Marbella Apartment Check-in: From 16:00 to 22:00.
  • Late Check-in: Arrivals after 22:00 will incur an extra fee of 50€ in cash, paid upon arrival.
  • Check-out: All guests must check out by 11:00 to allow our team to maintain our rigorous cleaning standards.

5. House Rules and Guest Responsibilities

To maintain a peaceful and high-quality environment for all our neighbors in Marbella and San Pedro, guests must adhere to the following rules:

  • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside both properties.
  • Pets: Pets are generally not allowed unless specifically authorized in the property description.
  • Parties and Events: Our properties are located in calm, residential areas; loud parties or unauthorized events are not permitted.

6. Specific Property Features and Regulations

We provide accurate details about our amenities to ensure you have a satisfactory experience:

  • Villa Pool Heating: During winter months, the pool can be heated for an additional fee.
  • Water Regulations: Please be aware that governmental water regulations may be in place, which could impact pool use or garden watering during your visit. We will provide updated information on-site.
